These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at events produced or promoted by Fam Sessions LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in Tampa, Florida ("Fam Sessions," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a ticket or completing checkout on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
All ticket sales are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment information you authorize Fam Sessions LLC to charge the displayed total, including any applicable service fees and taxes, to your selected payment method.
Each event may impose per-order quantity limits. These limits are displayed on the checkout page. Attempts to circumvent limits may result in order cancellation without refund.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email containing your QR-code ticket will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly. Fam Sessions is not responsible for tickets sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and subject to expiration dates and per-event restrictions set by Fam Sessions at its sole discretion. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
Tickets are generally non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event. Fam Sessions reserves the right to void tickets that have been resold, transferred, or obtained through unauthorized third parties.
All ticket sales are final. Fam Sessions LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, illness, or failure to attend.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for postponed events. If you cannot attend the new date, this does not entitle you to a refund.
If an event is cancelled entirely by Fam Sessions and cannot be rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund of the base ticket price. Service fees are non-refundable. Fam Sessions will notify ticket holders via the email address provided at checkout. Refund eligibility and processing times are at the sole discretion of Fam Sessions LLC.
Fam Sessions LLC is not liable for event cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, public health emergencies, venue closures, or acts of God. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution for a valid purchase is a violation of these Terms. Fam Sessions reserves the right to ban any individual who files a fraudulent chargeback from future ticket purchases.
Many Fam Sessions events are held at 18+ or 21+ venues. The age requirement for each event is displayed on its event page. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Ticket holders who do not meet the venue's age requirement will be denied entry without refund.
Fam Sessions LLC and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any person who:
Removal or denial of entry under these circumstances does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following items are prohibited at all Fam Sessions events: outside food or beverages, illegal substances, weapons of any kind, professional cameras or recording equipment (unless media-credentialed), and any items deemed a safety risk by venue security.
By attending a Fam Sessions event you agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the hosting venue. Fam Sessions is not responsible for venue-specific policies including but not limited to bag checks, re-entry rules, or parking.
You attend Fam Sessions events at your own risk. Fam Sessions and its partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft occurring on venue premises. You assume all risks inherent to attending a live entertainment event, including exposure to high-volume audio.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive transactional emails from Fam Sessions LLC including your order confirmation, ticket delivery, and event updates. These communications are required for ticket delivery and cannot be opted out of without forfeiting your ticket.
By providing your mobile phone number at checkout, you consent to receive recurring automated text message marketing from Fam Sessions LLC, including event announcements, early access offers, and updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may receive promotional marketing emails from Fam Sessions LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional ticket emails.
By attending a Fam Sessions event, you grant Fam Sessions LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings in which you appear, captured at the event, for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes without compensation.
All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, and event imagery — is the property of Fam Sessions LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fam Sessions LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your ticket purchase or event attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or loss of enjoyment.
Fam Sessions' total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ticket(s).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Fam Sessions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction. Continued use of our ticketing services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
